A comparison of the Lumia 928 and the iPhone 5's video capture abilities. The Lumia 928 features 3 high amplitude capture (HAAC) mics to ensure that you get great audio, no matter which conditions you're shooting in. It also features optical image stabilisation to ensure that the videos don't come out shaky.
The iPhone 5 is generally pretty good at whatever it does, but doesn't have any additional hardware like the 3 HAAC mics or the OIS functionality. Also, the iPhone 5 fails to capture the full frame, and resorts to cropping the video to get the 16:9 aspect ratio. Both video have been taken from the same spot.
Wondering what the end result is? The Lumia 928 playback is till the 00:33 second mark. Then it switches to the iPhone 5.

iPhone 5 can't capture low bass sound as like Nokia Lumia WP8 serie phones, which have HAAC mics (Lumia 928/925/920/822/820/720/620). Difference is even more clear when You capture for example music genres, which uses more bass as like Hip-hop, Heavy Metal, Disco, Rap etc.
